Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations/Issues With Orders

You must notify us withIn 48 hours of package being delivered of any issues. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please be prepared to send a picture(s) of issue(s) and someone will be in contact with you! BREAKING THE SEAL ON ANY PRODUCT VOIDS ANY REFUND/EXCHANGE! If anything "spills" you will be required to submit a photo of the packaging (it must be the packaging we use) we will ask for interior and exterior pictures, as well as close up pictures of the product and the seal.  If an exchange is warranted one will be promptly reshipped.

If you would like to cancel your purchase you may do so BEFORE the item ships.  Once the item ships, it can not be cancelled or returned.  If the package is refused,  the buyer will receive a refund for the merchandise when it is returned back to us.  Buyer will NOT be refunded ORIGINAL shipping charge.  You will only be refunded for the merchandise, not shipping. Most orders do not ship for 24 hours, so there is more than enough time to cancel an order if needed.  

Once shipped, orders are non refundable. All items are inspected before shipping and packaged with care to ensure a safe journey.  No refunds, No exchanges, No returns All Sales Final. Customer service is top priority here, do not hesitate to send an email if you encounter any issues.  Exchanges due to the customer not being sure exactly what they want are not allowed.  We do this to monitor the integrity of the products we sell.  Sadly there are people that will buy something, open it, refill it with something else and return it.  To ensure that all customers receive authentic products that have not been tampered with and have never left our sight, we do not accept exchanges once they have been shipped.

Customers agree that by purchasing they are entering into a binding contract stating that they will not file a chargeback through their bank due to not accepting the policy.  We will pursue all legal avenues in any attempt to defraud the company, REMIXYAKICKZ LLC. 

We are not responsible for stolen packages.  If you deem your area to be high risk please add signature confirmation to your order.
