Lost/Stolen Packages Procedures
In the event you encounter an issue with your package and it is either lost/stolen after being shipped you will need to follow these measures.
UNDERSTAND WE DO OUR PART BY SHIPPING, IF THE CARRIER DROPS THE BALL IT IS OUT OF OUR HANDS.
If the package is “lost”. An inquiry can be initiated through the delivery service to locate the package. During this time, no replacements can be issued until the whereabouts are known. You are able to place another order and if the initial package is located and returned to sender you will be automatically issued a full refund. If the “lost” package is delivered to buyer and the buyer elects to keep, that is fine but buyer will also be allowed to return products if they placed a replacement order. You can not file a chargeback during the inquiry stage.
PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR NEIGHBORS OR OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS IF YOUR TRACKING SAYS "DELIVERED"
If the package is “stolen”, marked as delivered but you attest that you did not receive it, you will need to open an “inquiry” or claim with your local post office or courier AND file a police report. After you provide a police report and contact the postal service or courier for a status on an inquiry, package may be replaced through insurance provided by the courier. Failure to provide a police report does not constitute right for the buyer to file a “chargeback” through their financial institution. If buyer files a claim for a chargeback because they decided not to file a police report then we will provide all of the necessary documentation to dispute such chargeback, as well as file charges for fraud on buyer attempting to defraud Remixyakickz LLC. We are not responsible for customers who list the wrong address, apartment number, box number etc.
